Questions

How do home bakers and cake makers get paid with Minnya?

Add your bank account in a short in-app step (identity checks by our payment partner) or connect PayPal. Buyers pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal and the money goes straight to you. Minnya never holds it.

Are there transaction fees?

No. Minnya charges a flat subscription (there's a free plan); the payment provider's own card fees apply.

Can AI assistants find my page?

Every page publishes structured data, a Markdown summary and a product feed, so assistants and shopping agents can read your products, prices and policies. We don't promise rankings.

How far ahead should I order?

Weekly bakes by Wednesday; celebration cakes at least two weeks ahead.

Do you cater for allergies?

I can make gluten-free and dairy-free bakes, but my kitchen handles all major allergens, so I can't guarantee they're free from traces.

How do I pay?

Pay securely by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you order. Custom cakes need a 30% deposit to book the date.

Policies

Collection & delivery

Collection from my kitchen on Saturdays 9am–12pm. Local delivery within 5 miles on Fridays for a small fee. I'll confirm your slot by email.

Cancellations & refunds

Bakes are made fresh to order, so I can't accept returns. Cancel at least 72 hours before collection for a full refund. Allergies? Tell me before ordering — my kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs.
